Take the Time Intiative

Are you an educator, counselor, or support staff person in any St. Louis County District? Do you know of any? 

They may be eligible through the Take the Time initiative that provides up to six months of health and wellness coaching for free. 

This initiative has now been expanded to include anyone in St. Louis City or County. YOU CAN BE COACHED FREE OF CHARGE. Contact me for more info.
